Hi, My Name Is…

Hello again. I feel like I've been updating these blogs pretty frequently lately.
I've came up with this title ''Hi, My name is'' is because its my first time appearing with a photograph of myself and with my client.
Anyways, I would like to share another appraisal experience that I've had the other day.
Here's a map of photo how far I went this time, which it shows, we cover all Los Angeles areas, all the way south to Orange County.
This time, I took a trip near to Calabasas a city called ''Canoga Park'' from the appraisal request that we've received on a 2004, Toyota, Prius, White, around 100K with missing catalytic converter.
I left our office in Torrance at 8:20am in the morning since the appointment was scheduled at 10:00am.
The client discovered us on the add that we've been marketing ourselves on Craigslist.

I was contacting with my clients mother and I was assuming it was her vehicle because the way she was sounded like on the phone.
It turned out to be the vehicle was owned by her son.
She was very warm hearted, helpful and being professional being on top of things submitting every documents on time.
My actual client, ''her son'' was very hospitable, very friendly and good hearted as well.
THEY BOTH WERE VERY GOOD PEOPLE!!
I hope I was able to take care my client professionally and satisfactorily.

ALSO, I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE A PHOTO OF MYSELF ''JAMES''AND MY CLIENT THAT IVE GOT TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM.
